Business Terms
These apply in addition to the Terms of Service when you use a business account.
Free profile
A business profile is free. You never buy leads, pay per lead, or pay a commission on jobs you win.
BidBoy Pro
BidBoy Pro is an optional monthly plan. Its price and features will be published before it is offered. Pro does not give a higher place in matching.
Accurate profile
Describe your services, service area and availability truthfully. Do not claim a license, insurance or certification you do not hold. BidBoy shows separate badges only for checks BidBoy has actually performed.
Bids and jobs
Only respond to jobs you can do. Up to four businesses can respond to each request. Agree price, scope, schedule and payment directly with the customer, using your own payment methods.
Customer information
Use customer information only for the job they contacted you about. Do not add customers to marketing lists or share their details.
Your obligations
You are responsible for your work, permits, licenses, insurance, taxes and compliance with local law.
Removal
We may suspend business accounts for no-shows, misleading claims, abuse, or repeated valid reports.
